Week of November 29 - December 3

K3 English Communication Sheet, November 29-December 3

þ  SuperKids Conversation Book: Review, pages 26-27

þ  Vocabulary words: happy, sleepy, angry, sick, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, yard, sunny, windy, snowy, rainy, winter, spring, summer, fall. 

þ  Learn English with Dora:  Wild Animals, pages 28-29

þ  Vocabulary words:  whale, lion, giraffe, elephant, hippo, zebra

This week in SuperKids we reviewed vocabulary from Units 1-3.  We also learned about the 4 seasons.

In Dora, we started a new unit about wild animals.

Phrases to practice at home:

What’s your favorite season?

I like fall.  It’s cloudy and cool.

I see a whale.  I see an elephant.

We have also been busy practicing for our Christmas play!  The kids are doing a great job and super excited for our show.

    Hi teacher Carol,

    Leo and I pretend to be one of six wild animals at home. We had fun with this practice.

    Leo has performed his song and dance at home as well. I think it will be lovely Xmas show.
